Monday June 6th D-Day. Saw my Doctor this morning and he said everything looks good and I should be on schedule, well, I saw him at 11AM, left his office at 11:45AM. He said go and check in and then they will take me down to get my pick line. No big deal, well didn't get to my room till 4PM, at this point its getting late, so they don't have time to do my pick line, which means everything gets pushed back a day. So, Tuesday at 11AM I get my pick line and then my chemo.
Wednesday afternoon I get my new stem cells back. Then the new beginnings start Yea!!!!!!!!
Room this time is no good, a view of the parking lot and buildings, oh well. Other than that, I should hopefully be out of here in 2 and half weeks.
Food is really starting to suck. :(

ReplyDeleteHey Rich... hang in there buddy... that Chemo and Stem Cell transplant is going to get pretty rough... going to need to be at your strongest! Just sent you an email on your comcast account... link to a website about another friend of mine that went through this two years ago... it certainly can be beat, but you gotta be strong! So be strong... too many people need you back on your feet for you to not be strong!
